Due to bad weather, servers are probably effected. Happened before.
Server host company was contacted and they said that are working on connection problem.
Stay calm and do not listen rumors.
If did not come from Bryan it's not truth.
The enforcement Agencies in malaysia took over charge and they invaded today and controlled all the operations ., but what happened to gins is happening here .,
so don't worry ., they have control over the servers and website hence accessing pips is impossible now ., the main que they make is how they were able to provide 2% and they seek explanation.,
My ONLY QUESTION IS IF IT WERE A PONZI SUSPECT WHAT THE HELL THEY HAD THEIR ASSES TILL THIS DAY ., DID THEY SUCK?
WHEN WE BELIEVE THE REGULATORY AGENCIES ARE WORTH GIVING TRUTH UNTILL THIS DAY THEY SAID NOTHING AND NOW THEY INDULGE SUSPECTING THIS AS A PONZI..OKAY PIPS GAVE ADS., MEMBERS GAVE ADS., SEVERAL OF MALAYSIANS JOINED PIPS IF THEY DONT KNOW ABOUT A ORGANISATION BEING FUNCTIONAL WHAT THE HELL THEY DO AND WHY THEY INDULGE RIGHT NOW..
okay the above is my anger ., but only investigation is going on and people need not fear about loss ., sure they will get it ., this is control over till clarity is given.
some one in the forum asked how a bank can make control over ., sure a central bank has right to make any control over any financial institution in the country as the prime role of the central bank is to make control of financial activities and the inflation rates and their banking practices make this control and SEC is the special wing of the central bank .,
This is the formal commercial activity in any country so understand basics., when a control is imposed the staff cannot expose anything that'swhy their cell phones are put down and nothing worse .
pips is true and it will win., sure the bankers of the country cause problems along with the patriot Act .
No problem ., hence don't worry .
DONT GIVE A RAY TO TG TROLLS .,
WHEN A BUSINESS PRACTICE IS BEYOND THEIR CAPACITY AND WHEN SOMEONE CAN MANAGE A BETTER THING IT'S CASUAL TO HAVE PROBLEMS AND THIS IS ONE SUCH.
this is just a government control and warning .,
sure Bryan should have selected a better offshore country to have his business practices ., even now it's not too late Bryan can move to a better offshore destination., he can work freely.
His banking was not with panama and this caused all hecks. But panama is not a safe zone to render banking as banking is too sticky with their laws.
bryan is in a mess don't give him further collapse. let the law speak and malaysian government intervenes only now.
someone said this was a ponzi., let pips prove they had actual trades before the malaysian authorities so this is a better time for the TG trolls to have a suck. when the truth reveals itself sure we can see the facts.
But I don't believe TG has facts.B'coz if the problem is with a ponzi then the malaysian regulatories would not have arrived only the policemen would have arrived when it comes with Bank Negara sure the truth comes pips is perfect , but the business facts are not released and they are just to bring out those facts as money is being pulled to enormous values day to day out of the country., and when the percentage of yield is high they suspect the origin of funds and it has to be explained and when it's proved sure pips will bring out .
but sure after this I hope (purely personal opinion) Bryan cannot offer this much of profit as he will be gently warned not to do this individual accumulation of wealth and rendering of wealth in few hands is controlled by every regulatory authority in the world.
EQUIVALISATION OF WEALTH IS AIMED BY EVERY COUNTRY .,EVEN USA DOES THIS TO ITS CITIZENS BY HAVING HIGHEST TAX RATES. A MIXTURE OF CAPITALISM AND COMMUNISM IS A GOVERNMENT .
SO DON'T BLAME ANYBODY PATIENCE PLEASE .
ever friendly

Raided my ar*e. There have been posts saying members have been to the offices/bistro today and all was well.
What a drama this is.All this mixed info.
PLEASE stop listen to all this stupid rumors!!! When the sites are back up again, you can all read the last update from Bryan. :)
Please folks don't start anymore rumors, Pips is down because they are working on the ticket system today. ITS posted this last night, so dont get your panties in a wad. Gator
Never ceases to amaze me how much crap they talk at TG, really is a nasty, vile, disgusting site.
they are working on the all system but they are not working on the plateform, that's not a rumor, that's the fact and the true.

Do you live in KL Nair? If you do, did you personnaly see 'bank officials' raid the PIPS offices?
Are you also an international banking expert? I am sure both the Malaysian and Panamanian banking environment will be very concerned that you think their systems are inadequate for international businesses !!
I have never read so much cr*p at this site.
You claim you are supporting PIPS and yet you **** this rubbish.
If the central bank is concerned with the practices of a company raids and arrests are made by the police. Malaysian law is based on English law and that is how it works - So I guess you personally saw the police raid
the mobile phones ;-) sell them on e-bay or what ?Quote:

Regulators from the bank was supposed to be at PIPS on aug 16, this is a visit to convince them that PIPS is on the up and up,how come it is being turned into a fishing expidition ??
I see this as a great thing, it tells me that they are progressing rapidly to getting all the Picpay clean and the rest of the program ready to comply with first the Malaysian SEC and now the Malaysian Central Bank will be able to vouch for PIPS after this audit . THis could mean the restoring of better investment and banking relations and the first major step to free PIPS up to conduct business as usual.
I will wait to see how all theh doom and gloomers will justify their past statements of raids etc when all this is cleared up and PIPS is back on line.
That was going to be my question... Banks can raid offices? :?: :?:Quote:

This latest "so called" news from Malaysia is just rumours. The Malaysian area had severe storms overnight and several internet interuptions have occurred. These "so called" invasions of PIPS offices DID NOT HAPPEN. This comes from PIPS members who live right there and the PIPS offices are open and very busy.
Apparently just a rumour. I searched Google & these names were not used. However we all know about Noddy & Zebadee...remember Jasper Carrot telling us?Quote:

Let them play! There is not much else to do for the time being.......
A couple of weeks ago Admin deleted my posts saying this forum is full of rumors yet they let all these posts of rumors go. It does not make sense.
Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001 (Act 613)
The AMLA, which came into force on 15 January 2002 criminalises money laundering of proceeds from the predicate offences and provides for suspicious transaction reporting, record-keeping and the functions of a financial intelligence unit that could co-operate with domestic as well as foreign enforcement agencies. In this respect, the Minister of Finance has appointed Bank Negara Malaysia as the competent authority to carry out the functions of the financial intelligence unit. The law also provides for investigation into money laundering activities, law enforcement agencies to freeze, seize and forfeit proceeds from predicate offences as well as prosecution of money launderers. http://www.bnm.gov.my/index.php?ch=14&pg=17
Not saying this is what has happend but it appears they can.
In following theme of this last post by 675, I see 2 speculative correlations: picpay and the new bank out of Cambodia. The fraudulent merchants are involved with international money laundering, if they did not deliver said products and/or servcies that they contracted to delliver. This puts picpay and PIPS in the firing line of regulatory bodies, such as the Bankof Negara. Secondly, if the bank in Cambodia is still part of the plan, regulatory issues such as picpay fraud would need to be cleared completely in order for any bank operations to commence.
Than again, could just be a thunderstorm.
Disclosure: I have pips and picpay accounts, and continue to be optimistically hopeful.
